Rosemary and Lavender, Near Maidstone.
Located just out side of the quaint and historic village of Yalding in the rolling hills of the English countryside, Rosemary and Lavender are two brand new luxury cottages set in this beautiful area. Fitted to the highest of standards with marble floors throughout and granite work surfaces, the quality and finish really stand out on these fantastic properties, don’t miss out on this first year’s special prices. Rosemary and Lavender can be booked individually sleeping 6 in each; Rosemary Cottage and Lavender Cottage.

The Cottage
In both you are greeted with an entrance hall which leads onto the large open plan kitchen, dining and living space. The spacious kitchen is well equipped and looks out to the grounds, Lavender has an additional breakfast bar. Both dining areas have a large table and opens out into the lounge ¬†each with a wall mounted flat screen television, luxury sofas and an electric fire in Rosemary. Leading from the lounges are the six bedrooms in total, all with en-suites and flat screen TV’s. The Master bedrooms have King sized beds with wardrobes and an en-suite shower rooms. The second bedrooms also have King size beds, wardrobes and en-suite shower/wet rooms. The third bedrooms have twin beds with en-suite bathrooms. There are acres of gardens, a tennis court and miles of footpaths around the property.

The Location
The Medieval village of Yalding has a wealth of history behind it, even being recorded in the Domesday book. It is surrounded by ancient monuments and beautiful countryside. Not only do you have the benefit of the peace in the country but easy access to the nearby town of Maidstone and fast links straight into London either by car or train. Leeds Castle is within close reach with its golf, concerts and ancient architecture or why not do a little shopping at Tunbridge Wells all within half an hours drive. Being in Kent you are never too far away from the coastline and as it is one of the cleanest and most popular in the UK why not take a trip down to the beach. Another great day out is exploring the big and beautiful Bedgebury Pinetum, getting up close and personal with nature in its prime.
