Orchard Barn between Ashford and Faversham
Newly converted barn housing 3 adjoined luxury cottages situated in the stunning grounds of country farmhouse. Everything is fitted to the highest standards, if you’re looking for top accomodation then this is for you. Make use of private sessions in the heated indoor pool or enjoy your own barbeque. Home made bread is just part of an excellent starter pack that awaits your arrival. The adjoined cottages that make the barn – HK117, HK118 and HK119 – can be booked individually. The Cottage
The luxurious finish of this newly converted barn takes self-catering to a new standard. The three cream shaker style kitchens are fully fitted and are open plan to their individual lounge areas which have comfortable seating, all including double sprung bed settees. There are digital LCD flat screen TVs with Sky, DVD players and Bose CD/ radios in each that complete the entertainment along with WiFi. There are fully tiled 3 downstairs shower rooms and a spacious bedroom with ensuite, king sized bed and a comfortable single sofa bed. Upstairs you will find 4 further bedrooms, 2 mezzanine, with either super king, twin or double beds. One room has an en suite bathroom in the eves and all have fantastic views towards the Swale Estuary from the windows. Up to 3 high chairs and travel cots can be provided on request, as can Baby sitting at reasonable rates. Bed linen, tea towels and towels for use in the cottage are all provided.
The Location
Set in a small hamlet high in the North downs of central Kent. Many towns and attractions are within a 30 minute drive of this seemingly remote location. A farm selling meat is close by. For visitors wishing to visit France, Dover is only a 35 minute drive. Excellent opportunities for walking and cycling are nearby including the World famous Pilgrim’s way. There is a pub just over a mile away and shops are within 5 miles.
