The Cottage
An entrance hall leads onto the vast open plan kitchen, dining and living space. The spacious kitchen and dining area is well equipped and looks out to the gardens, it has a large table and breakfast bar. The lounge has a wall mounted flat screen television, large rug and luxurious sofas. Leading from the open plan space are the three bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and flat screen TV’s. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a full sized crib, wardrobe and dresser and an en-suite wet room. The second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite wet room. There are acres of gardens, a tennis court and miles of footpaths surrounding the property.
The Location
The Medieval village of Yalding has a wealth of history behind it, even being recorded in the Domesday book. It is surrounded by ancient monuments and beautiful countryside. Not only do you have the benefit of the peace in the country but easy access to the nearby town of Maidstone and fast links straight into London either by car or train. Leeds Castle is within close reach with its golf, concerts and ancient architecture or why not do a little shopping at Tunbridge Wells all within half an hours drive. Being in Kent you are never too far away from the coastline and as it is one of the cleanest and most popular in the UK why not take a trip down to the beach. Another great day out is exploring the big and beautiful Bedgebury Pinetum, getting up close and personal with nature in its prime.
