North Barn, near Hastingleigh

The Location
The drive up to Hastingleigh from nearby Wye is breath taking – well worth a stop in the car park to admire the view. This area of the North downs is an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ and real treat. The village has a pub serving food just a 5 minute walk away, additionally the Five Bells at Brabourne (5 minutes drive) is very popular with a great atmosphere and excellent food. The area is scattered with good pubs and restaurants and a further variety in nearby Canterbury. Ashford is the main hub and offers an International station for trips to London or Paris by High Speed train or Eurostar. There are all of the main supermarkets and a designer outlet. The ancient City of Canterbury is about 20 minutes by car as are a great deal of Kent’s fantastic attractions.
