The Cottage

HK115 has been converted to an exceptional standard and is situated in gardens and cherry orchards that extend to some 8 acres. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en suite shower and downstairs the second bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. The open plan kitchen and dining area has everything you need. There is a spacious first floor lounge that has the additional benefits of a large wall mounted flat screen digital TV with Sky, video, DVD, a Bose radio and CD player  as well as wireless internet. There is also a sprung double bed settee which makes the maximum occupation 6. A child stair gate can be supplied as can a travel cot and highchair, baby sitting is also available at reasonable rates. The Hayloft has its own Gas BBQ and sitting area where you can sit in the sun, eat al fresco and relax.

The Location

The hamlet of Otterden is set high up in the North Downs of central Kent. Many towns and attractions are within a 30 minute drive of this seemingly remote location. A farm selling fresh meat is close by. For U.K. visitors wanting a day in France, Dover is only 35 minutes away. Excellent opportunities for walking and cycling nearby in particular the world famous Pilgrims way.There is a pub just over a mile away and there are shops within 5 miles..
