This beautiful 200 year old barn conversion is an ideal base in the rolling hills of the North Downs. It has been tastefully converted with much love to a very high standard. Every room an abundance of exposed oak beams and the bedroom windows are copies of the original oak mullions with internal shutters. Beautiful views across the downs can be enjoyed. The barn is situated in large gardens with a secluded area at the rear including outdoor furniture and the use of an adjoining orchard. There is plenty of off-street parking and lockable storage for bicycles.

The Cottage

A cosy lounge/dining room tiled with authentic quarry-tiles, furnished with rustic dining table and chairs, two sofas, TV and DVD as well as a Coal effect electric fire. There is a well equipped country kitchen which includes a washing machine and fridge/freezer. Upstairs are two beautiful vaulted bedrooms, the master double and one twin looking across the orchard. The bathroom includes bath with power-shower over, hand-basin and toilet.
