The Cottage
You have beautiful views across the paddocks and surrounding forests and fields to the rear. Stepping into the entrance you are greeted with an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with oak furnishings and seating for 4. The kitchen is equipped and the lounge has a flatscreen television with DVD and Freeview, french doors lead out to a patio and garden area. On the first floor there is a shower room with wc, shower and basin, the master bedroom with a full king size bed and a second twin bedroom with single oak bed and put-up bed if required.
The Location
Located in acres of parkland between the rural villages of Petham and Waltham there is plenty to explore right on your doorstep with local pubs and access to some amazing forests all within a short distance of the cottage. Canterbury has many fantastic restaurants and shops and is heaving with history with the famous Cathedral, ancient city wall and Chaucer Tales. Day trips to London are quick and easy with the newly installed high speed trains from Ashford. Equally trips to the continent can just as easily be made with either Eurostar, by Ferry or via Eurotunnel.
