Brewer’s House, Bredgar
Large character property fraught with exposed beams and cosy fireplaces (a basket of logs is supplied). This is a great retreat for the whole family, accomodating up to 12 in 6 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. With origins dating back to the 15th century some fantastic original features have been respected in its restoration. Situated back from the road and surrounded by beautiful, lush cottage-style gardens adorned with fruit trees, yet within great access to the village’s amenities and some good transport links.
The House
An entrance hall, including one of the two staircases, leads off to the well-equipped kitchen, the dining room with wood-burning stove and seating for 12 and also follows back to the large informal lounge and a cloakroom area. Also on the ground floor is the formal lounge area with fireplace. There is a small double bedroom with 4ft double bed and an adjacent bathroom with shower, w/c and basin. Second staircase leading to other end of the property. There is a separate W/C on the ground floor. Upstairs from the main staircase is a beautiful landing area with great exposed beams. This leads off to a new bathroom with bath, W/C and basin, a large double bedroom with an additional single bed, a twin bedroom and a further single bedroom. Also up-stairs, which can also be accessed by the secondary stair-case, is a further bedroom with bunk beds and the Master bedroom with full king sized bed as well as a bathroom with, bath, seperate shower enclosure W/C and basin.
