The House
An entrance hall, including one of the two staircases, leads off to the well-equipped kitchen, the dining room with wood-burning stove and seating for 12 and also follows back to the large informal lounge and a cloakroom area. Also on the ground floor is the formal lounge area with fireplace. There is a small double bedroom with 4ft double bed and an adjacent bathroom with shower, w/c and basin. Second staircase leading to other end of the property. There is a separate W/C on the ground floor. Upstairs from the main staircase is a beautiful landing area with great exposed beams. This leads off to a new bathroom with bath, W/C and basin, a large double bedroom with an additional single bed, a twin bedroom and a further single bedroom. Also up-stairs, which can also be accessed by the secondary stair-case, is a further bedroom with bunk beds and the Master bedroom with full king sized bed as well as a bathroom with, bath, seperate shower enclosure W/C and basin.
The Location
Bredgar is a charming rural village with local amenities including a pub and farmshop. There is good access to the rest of Kent and into London by both car and high speed rail. Maidstone and Sittingbourne, with a large variety of shops and restaurants are both just short drives away. Leeds Castle which is a host to many a concert, classical and contemporary, as well as a top class golf course and beautiful grounds to explore is just 10-15 minutes by car. Also close by is Faversham, a quaint market town which hosts an old fashioned cinema and further up the coast the town of Whitstable which is well worth a visit for some boutique shops and great places to eat. Bluewater and Ashford designer outlet centre are within easy reach..
