Branden Cottage, Sissinghurst.
A brand new quality conversion of a character cottage, located opposite the grounds of Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens. You can walk to this World known tourist attraction via the footpath to the front of the cottage or in the opposite direction to the lovely Hempsted Forest. The Village is a 10 minute walk and offers pubs serving good food and a local general store. The property has been extendened on the ground floor and finished to a very high standard in both terms of the build and fixtures and fittings. Take advantage of the attractive first season prices also with free Wi-Fi included.
The Cottage
The groundfloor offers a brand new, high spec kitchen, with full size fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a separate dining room leading to the light and airy lounge which has a flatscreen TV with blu-ray DVD and fantastic view to countryside including the owners fresh raspberry field in front! Upstairs offers a large double bedroom with good dressing area and space for a cot if required. There is also a twin bedroom with flatscreen TV and DVD. The new bathroom has a bath with shower over and basin, the w/c separate. Outside there is good off road parking for more than 2 cars, a large fenced garden with bicycle shed, which also houses a tumble dryer, and a built in BBQ with table and chairs for the garden.
The Location.

The walking from this lovely location is a must. Garden lovers from around the World come to Sissinghurst for its historic Castle and Gardens. Tenterden or nearby Cranbrook both offer supermarket shopping and a charming atmosphere in which to spend a day out. Royal Tunbridge Wells, Scotney Castle, Bedgebury Forest and Pinetum, Bewl Water, Bodiam Castle, Hop Farm, Tenterden Light Steam Railway and Ashford designer Outlet are just some of the attractions within a 30 minute drive. London by train is easy from nearby Staplehurst.
