There are 2 beautiful bathrooms, a very large double bedroom and a decked area outside (for returning guests there is no longer a hot tub available at this property). You are tucked away off a quiet lane in the owners estate, within walking distance of a very good restaurant bar. There is a large paddock for your enjoyment in addition to the area next to the cottage. Amenities include Wi-Fi broadband, freeview TV and off road parking for 1 car. Regretfully no children/babies under 7 years old.
The Cottage
A tiled floor hallway leads to the stairs with small night lights on each step. Upstairs is a very large double bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite luxury bathroom in the roundal. It has a fully tiled shower nearly 2.5m long with quality fittings, a Rolltop bath, w/c and feature basin. Downstairs offers a shower room with large corner shower, w/c and basin. You have a good sized tiled kitchen and dining area, again, letting in good light, offering all mod cons. The lounge is in the roundal and has a hand made sofa to suit the curve of the room.
The Location
Lovely location in the heart of Kent, close to the tree lined town of Tenterden. Although a 10 minute drive you will find a great selection of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. A steam railway to Bodiam Castle is a memorable trip. A very good restaurant/bar is a short walk away. The Bull at Bethersden just 1 mile away also offers good food and has a nice pub garden. Ashford is a 10 minute drive and offers a designer outlet and a good town centre for shopping. Sissinghurst Gardens, Leeds and Dover castles are all within a 30 minute drive as is the sea.
