The Barn
The entrance hall to this barn is a centre piece to the accommodation offering a casual lounge with its own woodburning stove, this has direct access to a very large raised decked area at the rear with a patio and sunken garden off. The vast kitchen offers all that you would expect from a property of this stature and includes the dining area and utility room with w/c off to the side . The large lounge has an inglenook fireplace with a second woodburning stove. There is a downstairs play room with sofa, Play station and TV with Freeview. The Master bedroom has a Kingsize double bed with TV and large ensuite which inludes a large power shower, bath, w/c and basin. There is a very large bedroom with 2 single beds, TV,video, and Playstation with games. There is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom . The family bathroom offers Bath, separate shower, w/c and basin.

East Street is a Hamlet between the historic City of Canterbury and the Historic town of Sandwich. You are just 10 minutes from the sea and in particular Pegwell bay the location of the first Viking landings. This part of Kent is peppered with “chocolate box” villages and the famous Howletts Zoo is but 10 minutes away. Easy access to Dover for day trips to France.
